November essentials

• Plantain is the herb of choice in the blue of any skin and mucous membrane problems, on which it has a calming effect. It is demulcent, expectorant and immuno-balancing and, above all, it promotes the elimination of foreign bodies (splinters, thorns, etc.) and unwanted substances (venom, mucus, etc.) from the body.

• Green Myrtle is one of the 4 hydrosols that can be used for eye problems. It is also prophylactic (find details in the monograph).

• Usnea is an immuno-echilizing, antiseptic, antiviral lichen that supports the body in the case of seasonal ailments. As an antipyretic, it can be useful in fever.
